Easy to Doc provides free educational checklists and automated client-side file-formatting tools (cropping, resizing, compression, and PDF conversion). Easy to Doc does not submit, review, verify, approve, or issue government documents or applications.

After preparing your files on Easy to Doc, you must independently visit the authorized government portal to fill the official application form, upload your files, and pay any required government fees.

2. Requirement Accuracy & Government Rule Changes

All specifications, dimensions, file size limits, and document checklists presented on Easy to Doc are compiled from public government notifications and verified periodically. However, government authorities may modify their rules, portal upload caps, fee structures, or accepted document lists at any time without notice.

Easy to Doc does not warrant that all specifications are continuously up-to-date. Users are strongly advised to verify the latest guidelines on the relevant official government portal prior to submitting an application.

3. No Guarantee of Government Acceptance

While Easy to Doc formats files according to the specifications in its database, the acceptance or rejection of any application or document is at the sole discretion of the authorized government department or verifying officer. Easy to Doc does not guarantee that your application will be accepted or approved by any government authority.

4. User Responsibility & Lawful Use

You agree to use Easy to Doc only for lawful purposes. You must not upload or attempt to format fraudulent, forged, or altered identity documents. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of all information and files you submit to government authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easy to Doc and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform, including but not limited to application rejections, delays in government processing, portal downtime, or errors in requirement specifications.

Easy to Doc provides outbound links to official government portals for user convenience. We have no control over the content, security, or availability of third-party government websites.
